Flat valve

The temperature rating of the flat valve can be l, P, R, s, t, U type in API Spec 6A. According to the requirements, the gate valve with high service temperature of 350 ℃ or 650 ℃ can be provided. Fire resistant gate valves can also be provided according to API Spec 6A. The working pressure level of the gate valve is 2000, 3000, 5000, 10000, 15000 psi and 20000 psi, the material grade is API 6a aa-ff, the product specification level is psi 1-3, and the performance requirement level is pr1-2

Features of flat valve:

The structure is simple, and the ram and gate seat assembly are easy to remove and replace;

Integral RAM can be used in both directions to increase service life;

The load capacity of thrust bearing is large, and rubber plastic compound lip type stem packing makes the switching torque smaller;

Screw type packing gland of brake rod allows replacement of bearing and valve rod packing under packing pressure;

A new type of closed groove sealing ring is used between the valve body and the valve cover, and the bolt connection is adopted. The structure is simple and the sealing is reliable;

The bearing seat is provided with a lubricating nozzle, which is convenient for filling grease on site;

Special cemented carbide is sprayed and welded on the surface of gate and valve seat, which makes them have good wear resistance and corrosion resistance;

The valve seat is installed with the spring between the valve and the valve seat, and the valve can still be sealed between the valve body and the valve seat;

The gate is designed with full floating, so the valve should rotate 1 / 4 turn after opening and closing in place.

Ball type rod type flat valve:

This type of flat valve adopts ball type rod driving mode, which can effectively reduce the switching torque and reach 1 / 3 of the common valve
